description
Gentle gymnastics is a type of physical activity that, through gradual, low-impact exercises, aims to train the body without stressing it excessively.
The exercises that are proposed are aimed at improving joint mobility, flexibility and muscle tone.
It can help correct bad postures and increase body awareness: in fact, movement is aimed not only at physical strengthening, but at a deeper self-awareness.
Gentle gymnastics also produces an improvement in concentration and attention, since it focuses on precision, attention to movement, and postural coordination.
Furthermore, it also has psychological benefits: it promotes relaxation and clears the mind, removing daily worries and stress, thus increasing the feeling of well-being.
